Pallet Live, also known as Gravity Flow Racking, is a high-density warehouse storage solution designed to provide automatic stock rotation using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle. What is a Pallet Live Storage System?
A Pallet Live system consists of multiple storage lanes fitted with heavy-duty rollers that are installed at a slight incline. When a pallet is placed into the lane from the loading side, gravity gently moves it towards the retrieval face.
As each pallet is removed, the next pallet automatically advances, creating a continuous flow of stock without requiring additional handling.
The system incorporates advanced braking mechanisms and speed controllers to ensure safe, smooth pallet movement regardless of load weight.
