Gravity-fed picking for cartons, totes and small parts. Carton Flow creates sloped lanes so stock loads at the back (load end) and rolls to the front (pick end), delivering true FIFO, faster picks and a tidy pick face.
What it is
Beds of wheel/roller tracks arranged into lanes and mounted in pallet-racking or longspan frames. Lane width, depth and load capacity are tailored to your cartons or totes, with guides/dividers and end stops for neat presentation.
How it works
Replenish from the rear; each item flows forward under gravity to the pick end. Separate load and pick aisles cut congestion and travel, keeping pick faces full without interrupting pickers.
Where it fits
Ideal for hand-picked SKUs in e-commerce, kitting/lineside and spares, with true FIFO rotation for date-sensitive items, and suitable for both chilled and ambient environments.
