The client’s existing storage system was block stacking which restricted pallet stacking to a maximum of 5 levels. The client was looking to increase capacity, improve operational efficiency, comply with fire safety regulations and integrate with existing warehouse operations. All without increasing their existing footprint.
Our Approach
Following a comprehensive site survey, our team conducted a full assessment of the current layout and storage processes. We designed a bespoke Wide Aisle Adjustable Pallet Racking solution that maximised the use of the warehouse’s high ceilings and optimised vertical storage potential – all within the existing floor space.
To ensure full compliance and safety, the new system was integrated with a fire safety sprinkler and suppression system throughout the facility.
