: The client’s existing storage system was block stacking which restricted pallet stacking to a maximum of 5 levels. The client was looking to increase capacity, improve operational efficiency, comply with fire safety regulations and integrate with existing warehouse operations. All without increasing their existing footprint.
Our Approach
Following a comprehensive site survey, our team conducted a full assessment of the current layout and storage processes. We designed a bespoke Wide Aisle Adjustable Pallet Racking solution that maximized the use of the warehouse’s high ceilings and optimized vertical storage potential—all within the existing floor space.
To ensure full compliance and safety, the new system was integrated with a fire safety sprinkler and suppression system throughout the facility.
