Pallet Live Racking

Pallet Live Storage also known as Gravity Flow Racking is suited to many industry sectors and applications as it provides vast amounts of storage with automatic stock rotation. It is an ideal system for perishable goods and other goods where FIFO (first in first out) stock rotation is critical. Pallet Live storage can also be used to effectively increase space utilisation in Goods In and Despatch marshalling.

Pallets are stored in a block system on heavy duty roller beds. Pallets are loaded onto dedicated lanes of inclined gravity rollers. When a load is taken from the picking face the next pallet rolls into position. Pallet movement is controlled by brakes and speed controllers fitted within the roller tracks.

Pallet Live Storage is a high density storage solution which enables perfect pallet rotation (FIFO method), improves pallet handling efficiency by saving time and space and provides excellent stock control.
