Drive-in Pallet Racking

Drive-in Pallet Racking, also known as Drive-through pallet racking is designed to maximise your warehouse space by creating a high density storage area. Drive-in pallet racking can be designed up to a height of 11 metres. Pallets are placed on runners and forklift trucks physically enter the racking to deposit or retrieve pallets.

Drive-in pallet racking works on a first pallet in – last pallet out system, so stock selectivity is reduced but your warehouse’s overall storage capacity is greatly increased. It is ideally suited to warehouses where stock is received and despatched in bulk. Drive-in racking is also used in coldstore environments as the high storage density can considerably lower operating costs.
