Once I’ve placed an order, how quickly can I have my racking or shelving?
If you’re buying used racking or shelving, dependent upon the size of the project, you can usually expect delivery within 7 days. Should your order be for new stock then again dependent on the size of the project delivery will be between 10 and 28 days.
What sizes do pallet racking frames and beams come in?
New racking frame sizes range from 975mm to 30mtrs high and 300mm to 1500mm deep. Beam lengths range from 975mm to 3900mm. We always hold a good variety of sizes in used equipment. Take a look at our used racking pages or call for more information.
Do you stock all manufacturers’ makes of pallet racking and shelving?
We carry a wide range of the leading manufacturers’ products including; Dexion, Link 51, Apex, Planned Storage, Redirack and Hi-Lo.
I’m not sure which type of pallet racking/shelving will best match my requirements – can you advise?
We’re happy to give advice over the telephone and run through your complete range of storage options. We can also, where appropriate, carry out site surveys and deliver back to you our findings and suggestions in a proposal.
How can I best utilise my warehouse space?
Tell us the space you have available, the type and quantity of product you need to store and your stock rotation requirements and we’ll be able to take you through a variety of options.
Are you able to provide specialist racking, for example, for use in a cold store?
Simply put, yes! We offer a comprehensive range of storage solutions to meet all needs.
Can I build a floor on top of my racking?
Yes you can, by either using a mezzanine floor, a multi-tier or over-rack system. We can offer a full design service including building regulation applications at contract stage.
Do you supply trucks and handling equipment?
We don’t personally supply trucks and handling equipment but we have worked, for a number of years, with the leading specialists, who we’ll be happy to put you in touch with.
Can you deliver and install the pallet racking/shelving?
Yes, both in the UK and abroad. We have an experienced team of installation engineers who can work to timescale on the largest of projects.
Do you buy and dismantle used racking?
Yes. Our only stipulation is that the racking or shelving must be in very good condition.
Can you provide racking for awkward loads?
Yes, we offer a variety of accessories to support awkward loads as well as a comprehensive range of cantilever racking.
